Report time 11AM SHARP

On Saturday, July 28th, 2018 we will be performing at The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. This will be an opportunity for our members to showcase their talents, bond and have a special event to celebrate all of their hard work.

Reporting time is 8:45AM. We will be leaving from the New York Chinese School at 9:15AM sharp in order to arrive at the Intrepid at 9:45AM. Our performance time will be at 10:30AM on the flight deck. The performance will be approximately 0:20 minutes. After the performance we will spend the afternoon at the museum. We will leave the museum by 3:00PM, and expect to return to the School around 3:30PM. Due to the early start and late return, you may arrange for drop-offs and pick-up at the Intrepid with written request to us. Should you require special arrangements, please speak with a staff member. Moreover, this will take place instead of rehearsal for this day.

We will be performing at both two ceremonies held this day.
Morning 9:45am - 1:15pm
Afternoon 1:45pm - 5:15pm
